A: Of course, we have professional design team, any OEMor ODM is welcome.
2.Can you add my picture or logo on the boat?
A: Yes, we can add your picture or logo on the boat.
3.Minimum order quantity?
A: 2 piece is accepted.
4.How will my order be shipped?
A: Sample send by DHL/UPS/FedEx by express or by Air,
Bulk in LCL or FCL by Sea
You will be recommended the best shipping method according to the goods.
5: Can you customize boat according to customer's design?A: Yes, we can make boat according to customer requirements, like size, color, decorationand so on.
6: Is sample available?
A: Yes, sample can be sent for checking before bulk production.
The production time for sample is about 3- 7 working days
7: How long is your production time for regular order?
A: Usually 10-20 working days depends on order quantity, but might be longer if there is holiday or the quantity is too big.
8: How about your quality control?
A: We pay much attention to the quality control. All our products will be inspected after each process and before package to guarantee the quality.
9: Is there any warranty?
A: We provide 2 years' warranty. Any fault caused by non-artificial reason we should maintain it freely or provide replacement.
10: Can I place the order by Trade Assurance?

11: about the Payment terms
A: For sample,we accept 100%deposit by T/T,for bulk order,we accept 30-50% deposit and pay the balance against the B/L copy.
12: about the packaging
A:For smaller pvc boat,we use seven-layer cartons for packaging, which is more durable, suitable for long-distance transportation, and don't worry about being damaged.
For the rib boat , we packed by EVA pad firstly then put in a wooden box .
