Audited Supplier Our sup board material is dropstitch and pvc.The dropstitch is very strong,as the thickness with 10cm,15cm.20cm.at present,the10cm and 15cm thickness are popular.Normal weight is 2700 gram per Square meters,if you want the style of reinforced material ,the weight is 3100 gram per Square meters.The common colors are white and gray.In the middle of the board is EVA pad, the thickness of EVA has 0.3mm,0.4mm,0.5mm. It has lots of shape: diamond, strip ,crocodile pattern.... You can print your logo, board size and the picture you like on EVA pad.
On top of the board,there are 4~6 pcs 3cm D ring with bungee tape to put your cloth and other things, in the middle of the board, you can also put 4 pcs D ring for your chair, and also bottom, you can put one for your leash. Off course, it is up to your own design.
Handle - handle can be made 4cm and 5cm wide. In the middle of the board, there is a handle, material is braid cloth, if you have your own logo, you can make a logo, it can make your board more beautiful and comfortable, you also can add one handle on the top of the board.This is our High pressure valve. The valve is available in black and gray.Tighten the valve befor the board is inflated.Some customers boards have air leakage after inflation , don't worry, first check whether the valve is tightened.
The commom width of raw material is 155cm(centimeter) and 165cm(centimeter). This width has fast lead time. Other size delivery time is about 15-20 days.
The side of the board is double layer pvc, inner is 0.52mmpvc and outer is 0.7mmpvc.which can better connect the air tightness and make the surfboard look more beautiful.
Off course,our color also is ok,but need MOQ full container(about 300pcs) , The delivery time of 20 feet container is about 7 working days.
40feet container is about 10~15 working days. If you wanna customized, delivery time is about 15~20 working days.

A: Yes, we can make board according to customer requirements, like size, color, shape and so on.
Q2: Is sample available?
A: Yes, sample can be sent for checking before bulk production.
The production time for sample is about 3- 7 working days, and we will delivery the samples by express (FedEx, TNT, DHL etc.)
Q3: How long is your production time for regular order?
A: Usually 10-20 working days depends on order quantity, but might be longer if there is holiday or the quantity is too large.
Q4: How about your quality control?
A: We pay much attention to the quality control. All our products will be inspected after each process and before package to guarantee the quality.
Q5: Is there any warranty?
We provide 2 years' warranty. Any fault caused by non-artificial reason we should maintain it freely or provide replacement.
